Photographs (or artwork) supplied should be no larger than 10" by 8" or A4. We advise choosing only landscape (wide) photos, as they fit the available space better. Portrait (tall) photos can be used, but may have to be reduced to fit. On the back of each photograph, please write clearly in pencil the month required and your name.

Digital photographs may be sent on floppy disk or CDROM for PC, or emailed to orders@photocal.co.uk . Please keep total size of email attatchments to 5MB maximum per email, and include your name and address, so we know whose photos they are! Digital photographs should be in .tiff, .bmp or .jpg format. Highly compressed or low-resolution images will inevitably produce lower quality results, but we have produced successful calendars from photos as low as 640x480 pixels (webcam resolution). Please save each file under the name of the month, e.g. "january.jpg", "february.jpg", etc. to ensure they are placed on the correct page of the calendar!

When ordering Custom Deluxe calendars, please send a clear or typed list of up to twelve captions for the photographs.

All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%. E.&O.E.

Whilst we take good care of your photographs we cannot be held responsible for any unlikely loss or damage. If your photographs are valuable we suggest you send them by registered post, and include £5.00 for similar method of return, or scan them yourself and send them to us on disk or by email.

We reserve the right to refuse orders which in our opinion appear inappropriate.
